Welcome to the Metro Wrestling Coaches Association Wrestler of the Week 2009-10 
Week 4 Winner: Congrats to Creighton Prep's Dino Salcedo for being named the Omaha Metro Wrestler of the Week for Jan.2nd-8th. Dino won the Creighton Prep Invite defeating state ranked Carlos Rodriquez from Grand Island. Dino went 5-0 on the week winning his match in the Prep-Westside Dual.
Week 3 Winner: Congrats to Preston Lauterbach from Bell. West High School for being named the Metro Wrestler of the Week for week #3. Preston went undefeated at the Bell. West Invite and won the 130 weight class.
Week 1 and 2 Winner: Congrats to Keygan Foster from Omaha Central for being named the
Metro Wrestler of the Week for weeks 1-2. Keygan finished 1st at the
BoysTown Invite and 1st at the North Invite. He has won all of his
matches by fall (5) or major decision (1).
